Kathryn Rollins

Kathryn Rollins is the founder of The School of Multi-Sensory Perception, a seer, somatic therapist and long-time guide in the exploration and development of extra-sensory perception.

Her path opened in 2018 through a series of profound awakenings that revealed her capacities as a seer, medium, channel and body-based intuitive. What followed was an extraordinary period of exploration into consciousness, energy, the body and the unseen, guided by direct experience, dedicated practice and the wisdom of teachers who helped shape her understanding.

By 2019, Kathryn was working with others directly, supporting people to navigate their own extraordinary experiences and develop a deeper relationship with their intuitive and extra-sensory capacities.

Over the following years, her work evolved into a distinctive approach to multi-sensory development, integrating direct perception, embodiment, discernment and psychological understanding. This gave rise to her early courses, Your Body An Instrument in 2021 and Sage in 2022, and eventually The School of MSP, founded in 2025.

Through the School, Kathryn teaches an experiential approach to understanding and developing the human capacity for perception. Her work recognises that our extraordinary senses are not separate from our ordinary human experience, but an extension of it, deeply interconnected with the body, our awareness and the way we inhabit the world.

Kathryn is also a somatic therapist and Master of Counselling student, with a particular interest in the relationship between consciousness, embodiment, psychological development and the experiences of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals.

Now a mother, her relationship with the living world and the intelligence of the human body continues to deepen and inform her work.

Kathryn currently leads the School’s practitioner training and offers individual mentoring, supporting students to understand their unique gifts, develop clarity and confidence in their perception, and cultivate the skill, integrity and self-awareness to work meaningfully with others.

At the heart of her work is a conviction that our capacity to perceive beyond the ordinary senses belongs to our humanity, and that learning to understand these capacities can bring us into a more intimate relationship with ourselves, one another and the world around us.
