Lunar Life Planner

If you create an account to use the Lunar Life Planner, we store your name, email address, the plans you add, and your time zone so the planner shows the correct dates.

Menstrual cycle information

If you choose to use cycle tracking, the dates you log and your cycle settings are stored in your account. This is health information. It is used only to show your cycle in your planner, is visible only to you, and is never shared with Google or anyone else.

Google Calendar

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access your primary Google Calendar to show your events in the planner and to add, change or remove plans you make in the planner. We also receive your Google account email address so you can see which account is connected.

We use this information only to provide the planner’s calendar sync. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else. Your Google access is stored encrypted on our website.

The Lunar Life Planner’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time in the planner, or from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, your Google events are removed from the planner. If you delete your account, all your planner, cycle and Google Calendar information is deleted.

How we protect your data

All information is sent between your browser and our website over encrypted HTTPS connections. Google access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) in our database. Planner, cycle and Google Calendar information can only be accessed by the signed-in account it belongs to. Our staff do not view your Google Calendar data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security purposes, or it is required by law. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train AI or machine learning models. When you disconnect Google, we revoke our access and delete your Google Calendar events from our systems. When you delete your account, all of your planner, cycle and Google information is deleted.
